CAREER15 is a unique resource of the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges (VFIC) that connects

students and graduates of 15 private Virginia colleges with top-tier corporations looking for interns and employees.

STUDENT ENTRANCE

If you attend one of the VFIC-member colleges, you can enjoy special access to internship and employment opportunities offered by the top-tier companies participating in CAREER15. If you have not yet registered with CAREER15, follow this link and sign up now. On this password-protected site, you’ll be able to post your resumé, learn more about participating companies, set up interviews and decide next steps. You’ll also find information about CAREER15 interview days and job fairs.

COMPANY ENTRANCE

By joining the CAREER15 network, your company will have easier access to students and graduates of 15 respected Virginia liberal-arts colleges—individuals who can be prime candidates for positions you are trying to fill. Your HR people can post job descriptions on this password-protected website and provide information and links to sites that will help you tell your company’s story. In addition to online access, a representative of your HR staff will have direct access to the director of CAREER15. Your company can also be part of our job fairs and interviews days.
