Application will be available at the date shown above for the Norfolk Southern Scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded through a competitive application process to 3 Scholars ($5,000 each) who are current 1st semester Juniors attending a VFIC member college or university.   Applicants must be U.S. Citizens, full-time undergraduates attending a VFIC college or university, with a minimum 3.0 cummulative GPA exhibiting leadership skills. Click on link above to view full criteria.  Students register and apply online at vficprograms.org  (Only complete applications received between September 12, 2011 and October 14, 2011 will be accepted.)
