Giving to the VFIC

The Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting 17 of Virginia’s independent institutions of higher education. Contributions may be made by check, major credit cards, gift of securities, planned giving, and named scholarships. Gifts are tax deductible and distributed to all 17 member colleges and universities. Listed below are several ways that your business, foundation, and you as an individual may contribute to the VFIC.

  If your company matches employee contributions, please include your match forms and we will be happy to process those for you.

• Planned Giving/Bequests

  The VFIC encourages individuals to name the VFIC as a beneficiary of a will, insurance policy or trust. Please contact Liz Blaine if you have any questions or would like to discuss options.
